Name: Reina Santiago ((Name 'Reina' means "Queen"))

Personality: Doesn't smile much, very serious, has a strong Spanish accent. Despite her serious demeanor, she's friendly, fair, and understanding. Favorite Color: Pink
Fears/Weaknesses: Someone overthrowing her government/Sometimes she just forgets to live life a little more light-hearted
Interests/talents: People, politics, and the wellfare of the general public/she's an amazing leader and has a wonderful (seldom-used) voice. She has an extremely accurate judge of character
Character History:
Reina has been the governor of Marcke Harbor for approximately twelve years and it has been the best twelve years the city has ever seen. Marcke Harbor is located on the island of Vintanc, a short distance south of the mainland, Brondale. Althought technically the island is considered a part of Brondale, they have their own separate government and refuse to have anything to do with the Brondale Navy. Marcke Harbor is the largest and most populated city on Vintanc and is the closest thing to a Utopia you will ever find. The main problem with Marcke Harbor is that since they refuse to have anything to do with the Navy, they have to provide their own standing army and defenses. Therefore, the thriving city is very suseptible to piracy and this has become quite the problem. Reina governs with a firm, solid rule. However, she is very fair and justice is a main focus for her. The right justice of humanity, not necessarily the justice of the government.
**Also, Reina has a unique ability to be able to read a person's intentions and she has a nearly flawless judge of character. This is due partially to her supernatural Banshee blood combined with her power over energy. She can sense the energy around a person as a certain aura and can detect if you are lying to her in an instant (so don't try it). It's extremely hard (nigh impossible) to pull one past her eyes.

Name: Maxwell "Max the Hacker" Raleigh

Power: Plants, especially poisonous ones

Weight/Body Type: Hasn't weighed self since death/skinny and sickly looking
Weapon: Poisoned Scythe, Cutlass
Appearance: White skin. Black eyes, which have a habit of shifting to red when angered, and a sunken face. Wears a black trench coat, no one knows what's underneath it. Has ankh necklace, the symbol of the vampire, with clear container in the top hole of the ankh, filled with red liquid. Hair is white, which he keeps in a ponytail.
Personality: Conniving, tricky, sadistic, not social at all, despises weakness and pirates, slow to forgive (if at all), respects strength, follows a twisted code of honor.
Fears/Weaknesses: He keeps this secret.
Interests/talents: Killing, able to wield various weapons efficiently, an expert at mixing poisons.
Character History: Bitten by a vampire when he was 23. Other than that, he keeps his history totally secret.
R.P. Sample: Maxwell sat in the armory, back into a dark corner. He withdrew a wanted poster from a pocket in his coat. The worn piece of paper had a picture of a muscular, tall person with bright blond hair and wielding two daggers. It read: ROLAND EVERFROST WANTED FOR CRIMES AGAINST THE QUEEN 500 THOUSAND POUNDS DEAD OR ALIVE "I will kill you, Everfrost...." Maxwell muttered for the millionth time in his life, first chuckling lightly, the laugh slowly increasing until his mad laughter echoed throughout the ship.
Interrests/Talents: knowledge of people and the world in general, mental torture
Character History: Came to Lucen on her 19th birthday, and accepted her transformation. Along with being the number one Blackblade, she is part of the reason he is so difficult to defeat because when anyone gets close enough, she knows and she can discover their plan, as well as dispatch them from a distance.

Appearance: Eyes: red Hair: black, wavy
Personality: he's extremely dark and twisted. Very sadistic and feeds off pain and suffering. Maniacal and insane, but in a more calm, creepy way
Fears/Weaknesses: Hasn't found one/Anything holy (Lucen also. He has no power over him)
Interests/talents: whatever seems enjoyable at the moment...whatever that might be/manipulation, fighting
Character History: Has been lucen's right hand man since the formation of the blackblade cult. He collects the souls of the defeated undead of Lucen's followers and returns them to Hell. He's immortal, therefore ageless. He doesn't truly have any soul, being a direct spawn of Satan. Has special access to the gates of Hell and is the official Gatekeeper of Lucen's Inferno**. There is only one way to destroy him... But I still have to figure out how to do that... I'll get back to you about that... heh heh...
* Mind Control: can control the mind of one person at a time, therefore their actions. However, the victim knows what's happening, but while under the influence of the power, they have no sense of right or wrong: only obedience to their controller.
** Lucen's Inferno: a realm in the Earth's core that serves as a sort of prison for the souls of the people that Lucen has killed and drafted into his band of followers. These good souls are trapped here in limbo and cannot be admitted to neither Heaven nor Hell until the Gatekeeper (Drake) is destroyed. The bodies of the victims are transformed to an undead race (i.e. Banshee, Phantom, Vampire, Demon, Zombie, etc.) and are taken over by that person's specific Alternate Dark Demon spirit until destroyed as well. Once done, the Hellshade then takes those Demon Spirits to Hell.

Personality: dark, twisted, sadistic, creative, straight-forward, calloused, manipulative, cold, serious, no sense of humor, arrogant, closed-minded
Fears/Weaknesses: Doesn't really fear anything, but if he does, it's a big deal/he is weak against lygokinesis, photokinesis, and audiokinesis
Interests/Talents/Strengths: Torture...lots of torture/Torture/Torture (and he is nearly invincible to all physical and elemental attacks)
Character History: Riley Marshall married a very famous actress known as Veronica Hart. They were happy for a while until he unintentionally got her pregnant. Riley didn't want a kid and was enfuriated when Veronica refused to kill or get rid of the baby. He became more violent and abusive because he felt that he no longer had any power over his wife. When Zachary was born, Riley spent a lot of time with him, though more out of hatred toward his wife rather than love of his son. While Veronica was lead to believe that Riley and Zachary's time together was healthy bonding and that things were getting better, Riley was actually raising Zachary to be the bastard he is today. His main teaching was, "So long as you can make someone else's life worse than yours, your life is better." Eight years later, Veronica began to notice Zachary's bad attitude, foul language, and crude behavior and finally realized that Riley's influence was actually a bad one; unfortunately, it was also a strong one. In hopes that she could still reverse this situation, Veronica moved to Raysche while Riley was away and took Zachary with her. The two lived there for half of the year, and the other half in Kaesigar to help make them a little more scarce in case Riley should track them down. Of course, Riley wasn't exactly choked up that they were gone. Instead, he was infuriated. Being the insane control-freak that he was, he wanted the power to track down his wife and torture her to death and reclaim the rights to his son. He found that power with Gregory Lucen. He started out as a grunt and eventually worked his way up to the position of soldier, which is where he remains today.
((I probably won't be using Riley for quite a while, but I'll be making references pretty soon, so this'll help things make more sense.))

Species: Barghest Noir
Description: Black hellhound who can shapeshift. Original form looks like this:
Spends majority of it’s time in this form: About 48 inches tall, and weighing in at over 800 lbs of sheer muscle and evil, the barghest is a dangerous adversary for any opponent. Not only does one have to contend with the massive size of the thing, but its claws contain a venom that when it comes into contact with the victim’s bloodstream (through a scratch) it temporarily paralyzes the injury itself and the surrounding area. If injured near heart or jugular, venom can cause fatality. The venom can by transmuted by the claws of whatever form it takes. There is only one weak spot on a barghest noir that causes an almost instant fatality if enough force is put behind the blow. The soft spot at the top of its throat is actually an opening in its skeleton that allows a blade to be slid through, effectively decapitating the creature. However, that killing blow is extremely hard to strike for the location of the weak spot brings the attacker into close contact with the barghest’s teeth and claws. The sheer speed, power, size, and ferocity of the creature make it a formidable opponent for any foe and extreme caution should be exercised should contact not be preventable.
