Ravyn let Pocky lead her through the door to the infirmary, making sure she was a step behind him. "Here we go." She said softly, not moving much further than a couple steps inside the door. She hated this place. "Meg?" She called softly, waiting for the small woman to appear.

Meg looked up from her work, surprised to hear Ravyn's voice. "Ravyn?" She wiped her hands on her apron, heading to meet the couple at the door. "And Pocky, how are you two doing?" She inquired gently, her eyes doing an immediate scan for injuries. Ravyn's already had bandages on them, and she could see the telltale darkening that said they need to be changed. She started to guide them to cots when she noticed their conjoined hands. Instead she indicated two with a wave of her hand and moved to find some new bandages, "Have a seat, please."

Pocky led them to a cot and settled down on it. He groaned when he had to lift himself up to sit on the high surface, his hands taking his weight. That of course meant that he had to let go of Ravyn, but he wasted no time in grabbing her hand again once one of his was free. He ignored the growing protest of his palm asd his skin touched hers. "Fine, Meg."

Drat! Ravyn cursed internally when Pocky took hold of her hand again. It was almost as if he was preventing her from sneaking out like she planned to. "Fine," She repeated distantly, trying to come up with some plan for escape. She didn't want to be in here. If he was getting looked at, fine, but there was no way she was having any part of this. She was fine. She could take care of herself.

Meg grabbed some new bandages, and wheeled the cart closer to the cot that Pocky had chosen. She made a point to smile comfortingly at Ravyn. Everyone was aware of the first mate's distaste for the infirmary, and Meg wasn't inclined to take offense. She was sure Ravyn had her reasons.
She turned instead to Pocky, his hands seeming to be the first order of buisness. She unwrapped the bandages on one and clucked her tongue. "Some very nice burns you've got there." She grabbed a jar of ointment and began to rub it gently into the burns. It was an old recipe, had been in her family for generations. She took her time with the ointment, using her power to float bandages close at hand. As she wrapped his hand, she asked aloud, "Any other injuries I should know about?" She finished while she waited for him to reply and held out her hand for his other one.

Pocky had a time of it to figure out how he was going to keep Ravyn in the room and give Meg his other hand at the same time. He gave up and placed his hand palm up in Meg's grasp. He raised his eyebrows at Ravyn before turning to the medic.
"Two bullet grazes. But only the one on my arm is deep enough to need a look at. It think that's about it," he said, trying to scan himself to see if there was anything he forgot.

Meg nodded, doing her work silently on his other hand before rolling up his sleeve to see to the bullet graze. She clicked her tongue disapprovingly, "I'm not sure which of you is worse. Everyone around here always seems to be getting into scrapes. And you're the first one that actually let me do my job." She finished, tying off the bandages with a graceful movement and turning to wipe her hands on her apron.
"You're all set." She told him, pushing her cart away and stepping back so he had room to get up off the cot.

Ravyn resisted the urge to scoff, she wasn't surprised by the fact that no one came to visit. The only ones who came back from the battle besides Pocky and her, were the Captain and Roland, and she wasn't surprised that the two needed some time alone.
At Meg's pronouncement, she nodded, "Great. Now can we get out of here?" She asked Pocky quietly.

Pocky rolled his eyes at her, but with a smile. "Thank you, Meg," he said to the medic. "I'll try and contain myself next time so I don't get so many wounds. But sometimes my mouth runs away with me." He winked at her before slipping around her and toward the door with Ravyn not too far behind.

Meg smiled and laugh at Pocky's good natured jesting, she grabbed a fresh roll of bandages and some antespetic, putting it in Ravyn's hands before the woman had a chance to leave. "Here. If you won't let me do it, at least make sure you do it yourself. And put that arm in a sling. I don't know what you did to it, but rest it."

Ravyn look shocked for a moment before she shook it off and took the offered supplies from Meg. "Thanks," She offered embarassedly, following Pocky to the door. How did the woman know about her arm? She guessed it probably wasn't too hard to figure out. It was her job to see injuries after all, but it still threw her. And a change of bandages wasn't a bad idea for the cut on her hip. It hadn't been treated properly after the battle and she'd broken it open again during her scuffle with Pocky. She just hadn't gotten around to changing it yet. It was just something else to put on the list.
